Smiley’s Cafe, commonly known as Smiley’s, is located in Manayunk, Philadelphia. If you’ve never been, I can tell you that they serve great Mediterranean food with kindness and care. Upon further research, this family-ran cafe was given its name by customers. 

For this rebrand, I carried the friendly, fun, and smiley vibe of the restaurant through every deliverable, starting with the logo. Since the owners are from Lebanon, I wanted to keep these cultural roots relevant and did so through the tagline “have a smiley day, اتمنى لك يوم مبتسم”, which appears on the packaging and the back of the menu.
